tip-off

so the purpose of this is really, really simple: to document my hair-brained ideas about what i’d do if i was running my favorite team, the boston celtics.

I’m gonna go back and try and find some posts on the IGTC archives for historical record (good: i wanted to sign Mikki Moore when he left Seattle 2 years ago; bad: i wanted to draft Desagana Diop at #11 in 2001).
